Key job responsibilities

• The candidate is expected to work with broader IND recruiting team, program manage the event calendar and ensure their hiring events are successful with required slot subscription.
• The candidate should be comfortable in managing and engaging with senior leaders including Directors and share strategies for hiring including execution.
• Partner with hiring teams to craft innovative sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies that deliver top talent and maximize ROI.
• The candidate is also expected to come up with long term solutions to attract and source talent for niche and specialized roles in tech space including but not limited to SDE-Embedded systems and SDE-ML.
• Become a master at engaging passive candidates, profiling people, and gauging chemistry to find the perfect fit.
• Build and nurture a rich network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Recommend ideas and strategies that fuel our long-term growth and drive continuous improvement.
• Articulate and execute comprehensive recruiting plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
• Conduct insightful interviews that assess candidates against Amazon's Leadership Principles and position requirements.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives that elevate our interviewing techniques, talent pipelines, and overall recruiting excellence.
• Enable driving of interviewer engagement, participation rates, reporting and incentivize with the support of project coordinators

Basic Qualifications

• Master's degree
• 2 years experience in MBA Campus Recruitment
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
• Strong interpersonal skills which would translate into effective relationship building across campuses
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation
• Ability to drive various branding and engagement activities across campuses in India
• Strong HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative
• Proven ability to use data to influence decisions
