About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

The Staff member in the TPRM Risk Advisory team will support global third party risk assessment engagements. The role focuses on executing assessment procedures, documenting results, coordinating with seniors/managers, and strengthening foundational knowledge in third party risk controls, information security, IT risk, and controls.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Client Responsibilities

• Execute assigned TPRM procedures under supervision, including evidence collection, documentation review, and initial risk analysis.
• Assist in assessing IT controls, cybersecurity measures, and compliance across third parties.
• Prepare workpapers and support deliverables in alignment with EY’s quality standards.
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, and engagement status updates.
• Maintain operational level communication with client personnel and escalate issues promptly.
• Support internal knowledge sharing, process improvements, and thought leadership activities.

• Demonstrate teamwork and accountability; meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members on basic processes.
• Participate in internal learning and upskilling initiatives.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong foundational understanding of information security, IT controls, and risk concepts.
• Basic knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI layers, firewalls, IDS/IPS).
• Basic understanding of OS security (Windows/Linux), database security, and infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, OWASP, Secure SDLC principles.
• Understanding of DR/BCP concepts and security incident management.
• Good analytical and documentation skills.
  
  

Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, TPRM, or risk management.
• Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to IT audits or cybersecurity assessments.
• Prior client interaction experience.
• Additional Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are required
