As a Forward Deployed Engineer - Automation - Associate, you will engage in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

- Supporting the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
- Collaborating with delivery teams to optimize managed services processes and tools
- Engaging in project management tasks to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Designing and developing automation frameworks to support business process improvements
- Implementing workflow automation solutions to drive operational excellence
- Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Analyzing data to identify patterns and inform process optimization strategies
- Assisting in the development of service level management plans to meet client expectations
- Contributing to the design and execution of automation solutions for client projects
- Gathering and interpreting information to support business transformation efforts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

Required Qualifications

• Proven DevOps, platform, or deployment engineering experience shipping to production.

• Strong CI/CD and release-automation experience.

• Hands-on production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Infrastructure as Code experience and strong AWS fluency.

• Scripting ability for automation (Python and/or Bash).

• Ability to integrate into a clients existing identity, security, and networking setup.

• A real understanding of how AI and LLM applications are deployed and run in production, including model serving and RAG/vector infrastructure.

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Associate.
