Academic Background - BE Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience - 1 to 3 years
Preferred Industry - Machine Tool
Main Task -
- Design & manufacturing of fixture required for machining parts
- CNC Program management and Error free programs
- Releasing stage wise drawing
- Release of processes for machining
- Cost estimation of all machining parts
- Involvement in selection of new machines & equipment
- Industrial Engineering
- Capacity planning & planning of loads of parts in the machine shop
- Fixturing , tooling CAD CAM processes, cutting tool selection monitoring, tool life management, working to improve OEE, managing flexible manufacturing cell.
- High IQ
- Team player, Leadership
- Good in communication and Documentation
- Expertise in Machining Processes
- CNC Programming on CAD/CAM
- Expertise is Fixture Concepts and design
- Experience of working in modern machine shop with HMC s and VMCs
