Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead efforts to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their analytical capabilities and understanding of financial systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support organizational financial goals and operational improvements.


Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic planning.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity within financial systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present financial information to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with financial compliance standards and internal control frameworks.


Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
