Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance professional with strong expertise in corporate taxation and GST. The candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting business decisions through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end financial operations of the company

Handle corporate tax planning, filing, and compliance

Manage GST filings, reconciliations, and audits

Prepare and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)

Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting

Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks

Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of corporate taxation and GST

Experience in managing company finances independently

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy
