Finance Management Trainee CA Fresher

This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to Controllership, Accounting, Compliance, and Business Finance.

Responsibilities

• Support the controllership function – statutory compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, and audit readiness
• Assist in financial reporting, MIS, and regulatory filings
• Work closely with auditors on statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and ensure process compliance
• Gain exposure to accounting, taxation, and corporate finance activities
  
  

Skills

• Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant (recently cleared CA Final)
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Personal Traits: Independent, solution-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
