Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance executive to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial compliance

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
• GST Regulations & Filings: Ensure timely and accurate GST filings, compliance with tax laws, and resolving related queries.
• TDS Regulations & Filings: Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns while ensuring adherence to statutory regulations.
• Debtor & Creditor Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations for accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate financial records.
• Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS): Regularly reconcile bank transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• MSME Regulation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with MSME norms, including timely payments and statutory obligations.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, accounting, or a related field.
• CA Intern can also apply for the same.
• 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation rules.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or any ERP system).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work under deadlines.
