Finance Controller - Contractor

Job Requirements

Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under various GAAP

Reconciliation of inter-company balance on monthly basis

Analysis of accounting implication of unique transactions under various GAAP

Review and approval of manual JVs passed by various teams

Interaction with auditors/internal teams for completion of audit

Managing Statutory Audits

Interacting with Auditors

Financial Reporting

Work Experience

Good accounting knowledge under USGAAP /IFRS and Ind AS

Experience with MS Excel, Word and PPT

Very organized and punctual

Detail oriented

Oral & Written communication skills

Experience working with cross functional teams

Experience working with Global remote team

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Work Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountants
• Having strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent English communication skills (Oral & written)
• Good Analytical skills / Problem Solving Skills / Interpersonal Skills
• Very good in MS word, PowerPoint & Excel, Advance Excel is added advantage
• Independent research skills
