Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a closely related marketing role.
Demonstrated experience managing customer events and employee engagement programs.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and performance measurement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for events and conferences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design tools.
Familiarity with social media management.
Exposure to demand generation workflows or CRM/marketing automation tools.
Prior experience working in a B2B technology or enterprise software environment.

Event Management
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and business partners to plan and execute Cadence-hosted events, industry conferences, webinars, and internal employee engagement programs.
Own end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue management, attendee registration, and on-site execution.
Partner with the demand generation team to track and report on event-sourced leads (MQLs).
Capture post-event performance data and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
Social Media
Support Cadence's regional social media presence across platforms, maintaining alignment with global brand voice and audience engagement goals.
Manage content calendars in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring timely and on-brand publishing.
Monitor social media performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies based on data.
Collaborate with employees and internal stakeholders to develop testimonials, video campaigns, and creative assets that strengthen employer branding.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams — including Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and HR — to support campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
Coordinate with the procurement team to raise purchase orders and source marketing collateral and promotional items.
Liaise with the finance and accounts team to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing.
Assist in maintaining marketing project timelines and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
