The Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer specializing in knits and print development.

Working directly under the Curation and Category Lead, you will be the creative engine translating trend forecasts and merchandising briefs into production-ready styles. This role is highly hands-on, requiring a strong command of print, pattern, and knit fabrication to deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround apparel for our Private Label.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Design: Design knit garments (t-shirts, shorts, loungewear, etc.) from initial brief to final tech pack.

Print & Graphic Development: Create, adapt, and scale original prints and graphics perfectly suited for knit fabrication and garment construction. Ensure seamless repeats and flawless placements.

Production & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors and factories on sampling, fit approvals, and print execution. Proactively flag and resolve any design or quality issues during the production stage.

Trend & Range Planning: Continuously track and analyze global trends in knitwear and print-led fashion. Support the creation of seasonal mood boards, trend decks, and comprehensive style range plans.

Design Documentation: Create and maintain immaculate design documentation, including highly detailed tech packs, colorways, and print files for flawless factory handoffs.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3–6 years of experience as a fashion designer with strong, hands-on execution experience specifically in knits and print design.

Portfolio: A strong, contemporary portfolio demonstrating exceptional print development and knit garment design. (Applications without a portfolio link will not be considered).

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for print creation and detailed tech packs.

Fabric & Costing Knowledge: Deep understanding of knit fabric behavior, garment construction techniques, and production costing.

Fast-Fashion DNA: Comfortable working within tight budgets, rapid turnaround times, and the close, collaborative direction typical of a fast-paced private label environment.
