Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to assist customers in selecting the right outfits and styling options. The candidate should have a keen eye for fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with outfit selection based on their preferences, body type, and occasion
• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations
• Drive individual and store sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and collections
• Ensure excellent in-store customer experience
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Handle billing support and basic store operations
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
  
  

• Strong fashion sense and styling knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented with a customer-first approach
• Confidence in dealing with diverse customers
• Basic knowledge of retail operations
  
  

• Graduate / Diploma in Fashion Designing, Retail, or related field (preferred)
• Relevant retail or customer service experience is a plus

• Experience in apparel brands, boutiques, or fashion stores
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
