Executive Sr Executive - Catering Operations

Accountable for the successful delivery of vision of F&B Ancillary Products, across all

portfolios and channels, leading to sustained margin growth in line with or exceeding

budget. Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.

• Determine customers' needs and requirement as per aircraft operating plan.
  
  

Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing

product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product

or packaging changes

• Create process to ensure weight reduction on board with respect to catering equipment
  
  

and quantities of food without impacting service standards, customer requirements and

reducing revenue options through cost benefit analysis.

• Liaise with Akasa Air’s stakeholders light In Flight, OCC, Dispatch, APS, IT, and other
  
  

relevant departments as and when required. Work cross functionality with

peers/colleagues to support training/best practices and shared opportunities.

• Ensure that all complaints/flight report issues are taken up, addressed, and
  
  

communicated back to the concerned department as and when required.

• Act as point of contact for customer complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
  
  

Should be able to challenge status quo to improve customer satisfaction for the airline.

• Conduct forecast demand & supply review meeting to streamlines processes on
  
  

optimizing resources, reduce costs and way forward. Should be able to challenge

status quo to improve customer satisfaction for the airline.

• Prepare, revise & develop all products, its loading plans and to support provisioning of
  
  

supplies on-board. Coordinate audits to ensure compliance & communicate changes

to concerned depts.

by automation and process optimization

• Communicating with Planning and Production Departments in respect to usage of
  
  

short life and slow-moving items to minimize wastage

• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Superiors.
