We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Executive Assistant – Transformation.
In This Role, You Will
Organising complex schedules, co-ordinating activities, resources, meetings, services, manage internal and liaise with internal/external stakeholders and service providers.
Document management, including disseminating information and filing/organising.
Supporting administration: drafting reports and documents.
Operating across more than just their geographic location, depending on the diary of their Head, and providing managerial support to complex administration tasks.
Maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area.
This role can support/manage other EA/PA team members where appropriate.
Arranging travel and accommodation, and travel related arrangements like visa applications by effective coordination with service providers identified by the
To Be Successful, You Will
Works collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and seniority within and across the organization.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered.
Confidently build networks, managing internal/external relationships within the local and wider Wholesale Credit & Lending business community.
Good influencing skills and ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage the unexpected as well as anticipate issues or events so that success can still be achieved, with or without support.
Self-awareness with confidence to work independently and take responsibility for own development.
Experience in using relevant software packages, i.e. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience in building and managing internal/external relationships.
Builds networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
Successfully influences others & negotiates effectively. Engaging with Stakeholders and Colleagues, Customer centricity
