Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Account Administrator team which

includes AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Support, PBH (Power by the Hour) Support, and Customer Support. This role

ensures timely resolution of urgent operational requirements, effective management of PBH contracts, and delivery of

exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The qualifying candidate will work in a customer centric department, often working under pressure to meet customer

requests. They will process orders both electronically and over the phone, while inputting data into our Business

Management System. Attention to detail is critical, as is the ability to interpret our customer needs through independent

problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

 AOG Support

  • Provide support via e-mail and/or phone.
  • Respond promptly to urgent AOG requests to minimize aircraft downtime.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to expedite parts dispatch.
  • Track and report AOG cases, ensuring transparency and timely updates to stakeholders.

 PBH Support

  • Adhere to PBH contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service-level

commitments.

  • Act as liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve PBH-related issues.
  • Provide accurate reporting on PBH performance metrics and cost efficiency.

Customer Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Deliver clear, professional communication across email, phone, and reporting channels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring proactive updates and issue resolutions.
