Job Title: ERP Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions such as Odoo, Zoho, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions. The candidate will work closely with clients, internal technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes and operational requirements.
  

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for ERP-based improvements.
  

• Map business requirements to ERP functionalities and prepare appropriate solution designs.
  

• Configure ERP modules based on business requirements.
  

• Prepare functional requirement specifications and coordinate with development teams for customizations and integrations.
  

• Work closely with technical teams to explain functional requirements and validate delivered solutions.
  

• Conduct functional testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  

• Prepare test cases, user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
  

• Conduct user training and product demonstrations for clients.
  

• Support data migration, system configuration, and implementation activities.
  

• Coordinate with clients during implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  

• Identify and troubleshoot functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  

• Manage multiple client requirements and ensure timely resolution of functional issues.
  

• Participate in project meetings, status updates, and implementation reviews.
  

• Ensure ERP solutions are aligned with business processes and industry best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant / Business Consultant / Functional Analyst.
  

• Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as:
  

  • Odoo
    

  • Zoho / Zoho One
    

  • SAP
    

  • Other comparable ERP platforms
    

• Strong understanding of ERP implementation and business process mapping.
  

• Experience in requirement gathering and functional solution design.
  

• Good understanding of one or more business functions such as:
  

  • Sales & CRM
    

  • Purchase
    

  • Inventory
    

  • Finance & Accounting
    

  • Manufacturing
    

  • HR & Payroll
    

  • Projects
    

• Experience in ERP configuration and functional testing.
  

• Experience working with technical/development teams for customizations and integrations.

• Good client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
  

• Ability to conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and user training.
  

• Experience in UAT coordination and go-live support.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
  

• Experience working with multiple ERP platforms.
  

• Knowledge of ERP integrations and APIs.
  

• Understanding of data migration and data validation.
  

• Experience working with international clients.
  

• Relevant ERP certification such as Odoo, SAP, or Zoho is an added advantage.
  

• Basic understanding of SQL or technical concepts is an advantage, but strong development skills are not mandatory.
