Summary:

As a Technical Architect Manager, you will be accountable for end-to-end solution architecture ownership across cloud, data, and AI platforms, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Agentic AI architectures, and conversational analytics capabilities. You will bridge business objectives, technology strategy, and delivery execution to ensure enterprise-ready, scalable, and standards-compliant solutions aligned with Accenture architecture principles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Act as a Solution Architecture SME, providing technical leadership across AI, analytics, and conversational platforms.

Own and govern end-to-end solution architecture for platforms built on Google Cloud Platform.

Design, define, and oversee Agentic AI architectures, including orchestration patterns, reasoning workflows, tool integrations, and guardrails.

Lead evaluation, comparison, and recommendation of AI and conversational analytics platforms through PoVs and PoCs.

Serve as the primary technical interface for vendors, driving architecture deep dives, design reviews, and roadmap alignment.

Define and maintain architecture blueprints, reference architectures, and standards to enable consistent adoption across delivery teams.

Engage with multiple stakeholders and teams to influence and contribute to key technical and architectural decisions.

Ensure solutions meet enterprise non-functional requirements, including security, scalability, reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and observability.

Provide guidance to delivery teams to ensure architectural intent is effectively realized during implementation and execution.

Support governance, design reviews, and decision forums for architecture assurance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Strong architecture experience across Google Cloud Platform, including data platforms, AI/ML services, integration, and security.

Proven experience in designing AI-driven, RAG-based, and agent-based conversational solutions.

Hands-on experience evaluating third-party AI, analytics, and conversational platforms.

Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and cloud native design patterns.

Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture designs.

Experience with enterprise governance, architecture standards, and large-scale delivery environments.

Strong stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills.

Exposure to cost optimization, observability, and operational readiness in cloud solutions.
