With over 25 years of industry experience and delivery centres across the US and India, Visionet is now building out a world-class AI Security & Governance practice — and this role sits at the heart of it.

As the Enterprise AI Security Program Lead, you will be the strategic owner of Visionets Agentic AI Security & Governance program. You will establish the governance structures, define enterprise-wide AI security policies, and ensure all AI deployments operate within defined regulatory, security, and risk boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise AI Security & Governance program across multiple workstreams
• Establish the AI Governance Operating Model — council structures, decision rights, escalation frameworks
• Define enterprise AI security policies, standards, and risk frameworks
• Align AI governance with ISO/IEC 42001 and enterprise compliance mandates
• Maintain AI solution and tooling inventory with risk scoring across the organization
• Drive stakeholder alignment across security, legal, privacy, data, and engineering
• Establish program KPIs, dashboards, and executive governance reporting
• Oversee AI risk reviews, red-team readiness, and compliance posture reporting

• 12+ years in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Security Architecture
• 5+ years in AI / ML / GenAI / Agentic AI security governance
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling enterprise security programs
• Strong knowledge of AI risk frameworks and responsible AI principles
• Proven experience in large, complex enterprise environments
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
