As an Enterprise Architect L0 at Wipro Technologies within our Technology Services division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud-native architecture and driving technological innovation. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance microservices in cloud environments, primarily focusing on event-driven architectures that support seamless business workflows.

This role demands a visionary architect who is passionate about integrating cutting-edge AI technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic AI into diverse stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), fostering automation and efficiency gains. You will serve as a strategic technology advisor, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build resilient, scalable systems that meet evolving business needs.

What You'll Do

• Architect and design end-to-end cloud-based microservice solutions leveraging GCP, Kubernetes, and event-driven paradigms.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation including workflows, sequence diagrams, and entity-relationship models to facilitate clear communication across technical and business stakeholders.
• Drive technology strategy by evaluating and integrating emerging tools such as Supabase and Netlify.
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and automated processes to enhance software development capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to align architecture decisions with business goals and industry best practices.
• Guide and mentor development teams, fostering technical excellence and effective communication of complex concepts.

Architect and Design: Lead the creation of scalable and resilient cloud-based solutions focused on microservices and event-driven architectures. Your responsibilities include the production of detailed design artifacts such as workflow diagrams, sequence charts, and entity-relationship models that articulate system architecture and inter-service communications effectively.

Technology Strategy: Spearhead the evaluation and integration of next-generation technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI within enterprise environments. Introduce innovative platforms like Supabase and Netlify to optimize development workflows.

AI Adoption: Play a critical role in embedding AI technologies into the software development lifecycle to automate manual tasks, augment analytics, and improve release cycles, driving substantial efficiency improvements.

Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software teams, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Effectively communicate architectural vision and technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Learning: Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with rapidly evolving cloud technologies, development frameworks, and AI trends, ensuring that solutions leverage the most effective and efficient approaches available.

• Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and associated tools to architect secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions.
• Microservices & Event Driven Architecture: Proven ability to design and develop microservices-focused systems using API-driven communications and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) patterns, preferably with experience using service buses.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in C#, Python, or similar languages, with demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Database Technologies: Comprehensive knowledge of using Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake for diverse data storage and analytics scenarios.
• Advanced AI Knowledge: Familiarity with Gen AI and Agentic AI frameworks and concepts, with the ability to apply these technologies practically within enterprise software development.
• Infrastructure and DevOps: Hands-on experience with Spring framework, Kubernetes (K8), Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform is highly desirable.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clarify complex system designs and inspire teams; experienced in leading cross-functional groups toward shared technology goals.
• Years of Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise solution architecture.
