Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Must have skills : Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue Authoring Guidelines

Good to have skills : Aircraft Maintenance

Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services to create effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet organizational goals. The role requires applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights, technical expertise, and hands-on experience. Daily activities include collaborating across various engineering disciplines such as structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to align engineering solutions with business objectives while ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue Authoring Guidelines.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Aircraft Maintenance.
• Strong understanding of technical documentation standards and practices related to aircraft parts catalogues.
• Ability to interpret and apply engineering principles to support structural and stress design requirements.
• Familiarity with configuration management and qualification processes within aerospace engineering.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
