Job Description

Lead production planning and scheduling for OSM transactions to ensure timely delivery and optimum resource utilization.
Manage in-house production planning activities for the EV manufacturing plant to meet customer demand and production targets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the EV gasket production line, focusing on productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
Manage workforce allocation, capacity planning, and implementation of operational systems to improve efficiency.
Lead process improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, QMS, Safety, and Kaizen.
Oversee inventory management and raw material planning to ensure uninterrupted production and optimum inventory levels.
Monitor production performance through KPI tracking and implement corrective actions where required.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Engineering teams for seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
10.Support digitalization and system implementation initiatives to enhance manufacturing excellence.
