What will you do:

• Lead the design and integration of electronic and mechanical components, creating innovative solutions while managing bills of materials and technical specifications
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to define requirements, analyze feasibility, and develop complex electromechanical systems that exceed customer expectations
• Establish and implement technical best practices, internal procedures, and improvement initiatives across design and validation processes
• Provide technical mentorship and functional leadership to design teams while managing simulation and validation activities
