Job Description

The E-Learning Developer designs and develops interactive digital learning experiences that are visually engaging, technically robust, and easy to integrate into learning management systems. This role combines instructional design, multimedia production, and basic automation to create modern, immersive eLearning modules that support adaptive and personalized learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 that align with defined learning objectives.
• Create high-quality graphics, animations, and videos to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of learning content.
• Develop and integrate 3D models and simulations to deliver immersive and realistic learning experiences.
• Ensure all eLearning content complies with SCORM and xAPI standards for seamless integration with learning management systems.
• Implement automation workflows to streamline content production, updates, and deployment processes.
• Explore, test, and apply AI tools to support adaptive and personalized learning paths for learners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs and translate them into engaging digital learning solutions.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to identify and resolve technical, visual, or usability issues before deployment.
• Optimize existing eLearning modules by updating visuals, interactions, and technical standards as needed.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Proven hands-on experience developing eLearning modules with Articulate Storyline 360.
• Strong ability to design and produce graphics, animations, and videos using tools within the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of SCORM and xAPI standards and how to apply them for LMS integration.
• Ability to design interactive learning experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly.
• Attention to detail in visual design, interactivity, and technical implementation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in eLearning modules and related assets.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Exposure to 3D modeling tools and the creation of 3D assets or simulations for learning content.
• Experience implementing automation workflows to improve efficiency in eLearning production.
• Familiarity with AI tools and concepts related to adaptive and personalized learning experiences.
• General experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, designers, and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain design choices and technical constraints.
