Job Description

District Account Manager- Joints & Robotics

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka/ South India

Drive sales growth and market share for knee, hip, and robot within the assigned territory. Develop strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospital administrators, and key stakeholders while supporting clinical adoption of robotic-assisted surgery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for Joint Reconstruction and Robotics portfolio.
  • Drive adoption of robotic-assisted surgery solutions and associated implants.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert competitor accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
