The impact that you will be making

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director – Solution Consulting to drive large-scale implementations of our advanced space planning and merchandising solutions for global retail and apparel clients. This role is ideal for someone who blends technical acumen with a deep understanding of apparel retail processes and has led implementations of similar SaaS tools.

You’ll act as the key bridge between client vision, product capabilities, and successful delivery— partnering closely with pre-sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure high-value, enterprise grade deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Implementation Leadership

• Lead end-to-end solution implementation of space planning tools for global apparel/retail clients.
• Drive execution excellence across timelines, quality benchmarks, and budget adherence.
• Own program governance—status reporting, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication.
  
  

• Lead solution design sessions focused on space and assortment planning for apparel/footwear.
• Define scalable and future-proof solution architectures tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to ensure alignment with product roadmap.
  
  

• Be the primary point of contact for clients through onboarding and deployment phases.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to ensure adoption, ROI realization, and long-term satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships across client business and IT teams.
  
  

• Work with the Pre-Sales team on solution demos, proposal creation, RFP responses.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical implementation plans.
• Represent Impact Analytics in client workshops and discovery sessions.
  
  

• Build and lead a high-performing team of solution consultants, architects, and project managers.
• Establish best practices and implementation frameworks focused on repeatability and value delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and client satisfaction metrics. What Makes You a Great Fit
• 8- 15 years of experience in enterprise solution consulting, SaaS implementations, or program delivery.
• Strong domain knowledge in space planning, assortment, or visual merchandising—preferably in apparel or specialty retail.
• Proven experience with AI/ML-driven SaaS platforms and enterprise tech delivery models.
• Prior hands-on experience with tools like JDA/Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail, or similar is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working in offshore/onshore delivery models with global clients.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Educational background in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
