India is one of NVIDIA's most strategically vital and fastest-growing markets. This role is the most senior real estate and workplace leader on the ground in India — accountable for outcomes across a multi-city portfolio spanning Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Mumbai.
Based in Bengaluru and reporting to the Senior Director, Real Estate and Site Services — APAC and India, the Director of RESS will serve as NVIDIA's senior real estate and workplace leader across India. This is a rare opportunity to shape the physical environment in which thousands of NVIDIA's engineers, researchers, and business leaders do some of the most consequential work in technology today.
This role is fundamentally a leadership and accountability position. The Director will own outcomes — not tasks — getting results through a network of internal teams (transaction management, project management, facilities operations) and external partners. Success is defined by strategic influence, financial accountability, site leader engagement, and the performance of the people and vendors this leader coordinates.
What You'll Be Doing
Own India’s real estate/portfolio strategy — set direction, priorities, and deal briefs while Global Transactions/broker network handles execution
Act as primary partner to India site leaders, ensuring responsive operations, clear reporting, and site-level support
Provide strategic oversight of site services (facilities, food, transport, reception) with governance frameworks, benchmarks, and SLAs
Sponsor major construction/fit-out/expansion projects — setting strategy and success criteria while a Project Director owns delivery
Build and lead a high-performing India RESS organization, handling outsourced vendors, contractors, and specialist partners
Cultivate relationships with landlords, developers, and government authorities; advise senior India/global leadership
Own operating/capital budgets, drive cost optimization, and deliver executive-ready financial reporting and business cases
Ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and lead India’s sustainability/ESG agenda across the portfolio
