Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling copy across WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging.
• Create high-converting copy and scripts for Meta & YouTube ads, landing pages and other digital acquisition campaigns.
• Develop lifecycle communication across onboarding, lead nurturing, referral and reactivation journeys.
• Write ad headlines, primary text, video scripts and landing page copy that improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate customer insights into effective messaging for different audience segments.
• Continuously optimise copy through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Ensure all communication is clear, concise, on-brand and aligned with UX and compliance requirements.
• Maintain and evolve SolarSquare's tone of voice across digital channels.
  
  

• 2–5 years of copywriting experience in CRM, performance marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both lifecycle and acquisition campaigns.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience writing for WhatsApp, Meta ads, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Understanding of customer journeys, consumer psychology and direct-response copywriting.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and performance metrics such as CTR, CVR and CPL.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
