Devops Engineer AWS And MLOps Gen AI

Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team on this fantastic journey, with broad

AWS skills (compute services, data services, AI services), and development experience in Python -

especially on the data and AI fields, using major libraries and frameworks (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Parquet,

Iceberg, …) - able to develop and maintain cloud-based back-end services.

You will be fully integrated into the Platform Core Team, in charge of the run & support of all our digital

stacks, but also closely collaborating with several development teams organised in an Agile Scrum

fashion, and with an excellent team spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC), using Terraform or CloudFormation or CDKv2
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and cost
• Design, develop, deploy and run applications services using AWS services
  
  

○ Back-end application services

■ Leveraging serverless solutions (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, StepFunctions, …)

■ or containerized architectures (AWS ECS, EKS)

○ Data pipelines

■ Using serverless architectures (AWS IoT, Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, Kinesis, …)

■ Using the most relevant storage technologies (AWS S3, DynamoDB, Parquet,

Iceberg, …)

○ AI apps

■ Industrializing the ML development pipelines with the most relevant services (AWS

SageMaker, …)

■ also for GenAI-based applications (AWS Bedrock, MCP servers and Agentic

frameworks such as LangGraph and Strands)

• Standardize CI/CD pipeline and toolchain (GitLab, code quality tools, testing tools, packaging
  
  

tools, security tools, compliance tools, …)

• Ensure a high cybersecurity level (AWS IAM best practices, cybersecurity by design, tooling,
  
  

awareness)

• Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to build and improve data models, algorithms
  
  

and predictive models according to the business requirements

• Continuously transfer knowledge to other teams
• Take part in support activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science
• Experience working in an agile cross-functional team
• 5-7 years of experience in the relevant domain
  
  

Technical skills

• Fully operational on public Cloud technologies (especially AWS), managed services, and
  
  

design patterns

• Skilled in IaC, Git, CI/CD and automation tools
• Skilled in Python development, especially back-end, data, ML
• Experienced in data structures and patterns (especially time series), and repositories and
  
  

frameworks

• Experienced in Agile delivery
  
  

Soft skills

• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills
