Job Description
This role will supports the digitalization and transformation of supply chain processes across the Coffee Platform. The role focuses on the delivery of system enhancements, process automation, and operational excellence initiatives. Working closely with execution teams, IT, global platform stakeholders and external technology partners to ensures successful implementation of digital tools, supply‑chain systems, and process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer service levels.
- Project Management & Delivery
- Support and manage supply chain digitalization and systems implementation projects (e.g., TMS, execution tools, tracking platforms, workflow automation).
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, documentation, testing and user acceptance.
- Ensure clear stakeholder alignment, risk identification, issues tracking and mitigation.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: scope, requirements, process flows, test protocols, SOPs.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and ensure business needs are translated into system requirements.
- Process Digitalization & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze existing supply‑chain processes and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
- Work with business and IT to design optimized workflows and digital solutions.
- Support data quality improvement initiatives and master data governance.
- Monitor performance of implemented tools and propose enhancements.
- Lean six sigma expertise, process-driven mindset, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardization, designing processes across systems, potentially at a Black Belt level.
- Systems Implementation
- Assist with system configuration, testing cycles, training preparation and go‑live support.
- Hard coding and automation skills. Hands-on programming to automate workflows using Python or other relevant languages, once opportunities are identified.
- Data, Reporting & Insights
- Supporting the development of a data warehouse, validating and analyzing data, identifying global data sources, and serving as our supply chain data business champion.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs and operational insights to support decision‑making.
- Conduct root‑cause data analysis and supply-chain performance reviews..
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Execution, Logistics, Trade, IT, Finance, and platform transformation teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants and technology partners.
- Ensure consistent communication and change‑management support throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Problem solving:
- Ability to analyse operational processes, identify issues, and propose system‑based solutions.
- Uses structured methodologies to assess root causes and evaluate options.
- Applies sound judgment when balancing operational constraints, technology capabilities, and business requirements.
Dimension and context:
This position plays a key role in the Coffee Platform’s digitalization roadmap, supporting the transformation of supply chain operations. Projects executed by the role directly impact workflow efficiency, customer service, system reliability, compliance and data‑driven decision making. The analyst interacts with multiple global teams and contributes to the operational excellence strategy of the platform.

- Internal: Supply Chain Execution teams, DT&A, Finance, Traders, Platforms, Back‑Office hubs, Global transformation teams.
- External: Technology vendors, consultants, logistics service providers.
- High level of interaction complexity, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Job challenge:
- Managing multiple projects with competing priorities and cross‑regional stakeholder expectations.
- Ensuring timely delivery of digitalization initiatives while balancing business-as-usual operational demands.
- Translating user needs into technical requirements in a complex global organization.
- Supporting change management and user adoption for new tools and digital workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, Industrial Engineering, Digitalization, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, systems implementation, or digitalization.
- Experience preferably in supply chain, logistics or operations environments.
- Strong understanding of supply‑chain processes (order‑to‑ship, documentation, logistics flows).
- Experience with digital tools such as TMS, ERP, WMS, automation platforms, or supply-chain visibility systems.
- Strong Excel and data‑management skills; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
- Fluent English (written & spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
Additional Information
Technical/ Functional skills:
- Solid project management methodology knowledge (Agile or Waterfall).
- Ability to map processes, analyze data and document business requirements.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
- Experience conducting UAT, testing cycles and system deployment.
- Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, and data flows (a plus but not required).
