Deliver business outcomes and service commitments through careful planning and execution.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize opportunities for creating new services.

Manage issues and risks related to assigned programs, projects, releases, or contracted services.

Identify industry trends, areas of opportunity, and potential threats to develop effective programs addressing these challenges.

Support the management of financials, contractual, and operational commitments in alignment with contracts, original deal economics, and cost management targets.
