Your Role

• Lead a global delivery tower for a strategic client, owning end‑to‑end delivery across regions and acting as the single point of accountability.
• Drive client engagement and revenue growth by proactively identifying, shaping, and expanding technology opportunities across business units.
• Govern complex programs including scoping, SOW development, risk management, and ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, budgets, and SLAs.
• Champion delivery excellence through process standardization, metrics definition, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead people management across the tower including performance management, hiring, talent development, culture building, and retention.
  
  

Your Profile

• 9-12 years experience in global delivery, program, and stakeholder management experience in multi‑geography engagements.
• Proven ability to drive account growth, opportunity shaping, and client satisfaction.
• Expertise in delivery governance, risk management, financial control, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and emerging technologies including Power Platform and GenAI.
• Strong people leadership skills including workforce planning, resource optimization, mentoring, and talent development.
