As a Data Strategist, a typical day involves designing and executing comprehensive data strategies that enhance the organization s ability to manage and govern information effectively. This role focuses on creating a unified data architecture that ensures data integrity and security, enabling seamless access to reliable data sources. The Data Strategist collaborates with various teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes that drive operational efficiency and foster a competitive edge in the market. Continuous evaluation and refinement of data management practices are integral to this role, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and assess data governance policies to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on data management best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to existing data architectures.


Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Experience with text analytics and semantic understanding techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of data integration and data pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with data security principles and data governance frameworks.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.


Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
