Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist who can turn data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams in product, marketing, supply chain, and technology to build scalable models and data solutions that power Lenskarts growth journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for personalization, demand forecasting, and business optimization.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate insights into business impact.
• Build predictive and prescriptive models to optimize decision-making across domains.
• Design and implement A/B tests to measure the impact of product and marketing initiatives.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously improve model performance and ensure production-grade deployment in collaboration with engineering teams.
  
  

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hive, AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments is preferred.
