Job Description

T he Data Product Manager will be responsible for defining and managing the product strategy, roadmap, and business priorities for enterprise reporting, data governance, data quality, and analytics capabilities that support f unctions across organization .

T his role serves as the primary translating business needs into product roadmaps and ensuring successful execution through engineering and platform teams . The Data Product Manager will gather and refine business requirements, prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders, define outcomes, and ensure teams have the clarity and support needed to execute successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise reporting, data governance , data quality, and analytics platforms.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and t ranslate them into well-defined product features, user stories, and delivery plans.
• Manage product backlogs and priorities, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and operational needs.
• Drive enterprise reporting capabilities across different data sources and Enterprise Systems .
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to ensure successful execution and timely delivery.
• Help delivery teams remove technical and organizational roadblocks by facilitating decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
• Define and track success metrics, adoption measures, and business value realization for data and analytics products.
• Lead analytics modernization programs, including reporting transformation, cloud-native analytics adoption
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, stewardship processes, and product operating models.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to business and technology leadership.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 7 + years of experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Product Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to deliver enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of reporting, analytics, master data management, and data governance concepts.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong communication , stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
