Job Description
Within our service organization, we are looking for a Data Privacy & Security Lead responsible for ensuring that Installed Base (IB), contract and offer data are managed in compliance with applicable privacy regulations and security standards. This role establishes policies, controls, and practices to protect sensitive and confidential information, while enabling secure and compliant data usage across the organization.
As a key team member of the team, your scope is worldwide, your responsibilities are:
- Define and enforce privacy and security policies for IB, contract and offer data, aligned with global regulations (GDPR, ISO, etc.) and internal standards.
- Assess risks and implement security controls across data flows, platforms, and integrations.
- Work with IT teams to ensure data storage, access, and processing are secure by design.
- Ensure proper data classification and retention practices are defined, implemented, and continuously enforced,
- Partner with business and domain experts to raise awareness, train teams, and ensure compliance in daily operations.
- Lead incident response processes related to IB data breaches or security risks.
- Provide regular reporting to governance forums on privacy, security, and compliance posture.
- Build and execute the roadmap for the target maturity plan within the Global Services Data Office scope, leveraging the playbook, global work-package processes, templates, and guidelines.
- Develop and run the data privacy and protection (DP&P) operating model within the Data Office scope ensuring sensitive data are properly managed.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) and security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST).
- Experience implementing privacy and security controls in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Proven ability to assess risks and design mitigation plans.
- Strong collaboration skills, with ability to work closely with IT, Legal, and Business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
