Your Role

As a Data & Analytics Architect, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end data architectures, establishing data standards and frameworks, and enabling business-driven analytics solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and governance functions to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality data ecosystems.

In this role, you will:

• Define, design, and lead the implementation of end-to-end scalable data architectures from concept through production deployment.
• Ensure alignment of data solutions with enterprise architecture standards, business objectives, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with compliance, privacy, risk, security, platform, and operations teams to incorporate all business and regulatory requirements into data solutions.
• Develop data strategies, architectures, and policies covering:
• Data Governance
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Metadata Management
• Data Quality
• Data Security and Privacy
• Provide technical leadership and act as a trusted advisor for data-related initiatives across programs.
• Define and establish scalable, reusable standards, frameworks, and best practices for data architecture and analytics.
• Lead data analysis activities including data profiling, transformation design, integration requirements, and quality assessments.
• Design, document, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Oversee the complete data lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable data solutions.
• Guide development teams on architecture, implementation approaches, governance, and continuous improvement practices.
• Conduct advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and measure key business outcomes.
• Design visual analytics and dashboards that enable effective decision-making across stakeholders.
• Apply statistical and analytical techniques to solve complex business problems and uncover business value.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, scientists, and platform teams to implement scalable analytics solutions.
• Drive quality, governance, and delivery excellence across data and analytics initiatives.
• Manage and optimize large-scale structured and unstructured datasets for reporting, analytics, and business intelligence use cases.
  
  

Your Profile

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Analytics, and Enterprise Data Management.
• Strong expertise in Data Architecture and Data Modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience in Data Engineering and Data Integration (ETL/ELT).
• Deep understanding of Data Warehousing and Lakehouse Architecture.
• Experience implementing Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management frameworks.
• Strong capabilities in Data Analysis, Data Profiling, and Data Transformation.
• Experience designing Business Intelligence and Data Visualization solutions.
• Expertise in Statistical Analysis, Predictive Analytics, and Data Mining methodologies.
• Experience working with Big Data platforms and distributed data processing frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python and PySpark.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Data Platforms and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience in Data Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of DataOps, CI/CD practices, and automation frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and technical leadership skills
