Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time Internship with PPO

Salary: Stipend - 12k to 15k and then ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA

About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently while creating a seamless and delightful experience throughout their journey with Iron Lady.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records using CRM and support tools.Identify recurring customer concerns and share insights to improve processes and customer experience.Build long-term relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Customer Experience, or a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.Experience working with CRM platforms or customer support tools is an added advantage.Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
