In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining development standards, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the strategic goals of the organization. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead supports the team in navigating complex technical challenges and drives continuous improvement in software quality and project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and maintainability.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in One Identity Manager.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative, scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring software scalability.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in One Identity Manager.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
