Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in managing and optimizing workflows and integrations specific to human resource service delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions in a timely manner.
