• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
• Experience with application design and development within enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with configuring and customizing PeopleSoft modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to work with databases and understand data flow within PeopleSoft applications.
