• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and cost accounting principles within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP CO and other SAP modules or external systems.
