Role Overview

As a Creative Copywriter Associate, you will help shape and express how our brand speaks across platforms. You will write compelling, clear, and distinctive copy that sparks interest, creates emotional connection, and reinforces brand voice — whether it’s for campaigns, product stories, social media, or in-store language. This role is ideal for someone who loves language, concept-driven writing, and wants to learn how copy influences brand perception and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Writing & Content Creation

• Craft creative copy across ATL, digital, print, and retail formats including taglines, headlines, social captions, emails, product stories, and campaign lines.
• Develop product descriptions, range narratives, and short-form content that feels fresh, clear, and on brand.
• Assist in scripting short films, videos, and in-store messaging where applicable.
  
  

Collaboration & Creative Support

• Partner with designers, marketers, and creative leads to translate briefs into strong written expressions that elevate visual and strategic concepts.
• Participate in idea generation and creative brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain the brand’s voice consistently across all written touchpoints.
  
  

Editing & Refinement

• Edit and refine copy based on feedback, ensuring clarity, tone consistency, and grammatical precision.
• Ensure all copy aligns with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
  
  

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong command of the English language — both written and verbal.
• Ability to write in different styles and tones while maintaining brand consistency.
• Keen attention to detail — grammar, syntax, clarity, and neat editing.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a creative team environment.
  
  

Preferred (for Associate level)

• Familiarity with writing for digital and social media formats.
• Interest or experience in storytelling, branding, or creative campaigns.
