We are looking for a sharp, imaginative, and culturally tuned-in Creative Copywriter to join our marketing agency.

If you live inside trends, speak fluent Millennial and Gen Z, know how to grab attention in the first three words, and can make people smile, think, or stop scrolling with just a line, this role is made for you.

As a Creative Copywriter, you will craft smart, witty, high-impact copy across digital platforms, build brand personalities with words, and bring fresh creative thinking to every brief. Beyond writing, youll also contribute to content thinking and social media direction, helping shape how brands show up online through strong ideas, timely content, and culturally relevant storytelling.

Youll work closely with designers, strategists, and account teams to develop concepts that feel current, clever, and thumb-stopping while staying aligned with each brands tone and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Craft sharp, witty, attention-grabbing copy for social media, digital campaigns, brand storytelling, and high-impact creative concepts across multiple clients.

• Write high-performing push notifications, in-app messages, and short-form mobile copy that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.

• Maintain each brands tone of voice while infusing freshness, cultural relevance, and personality into every piece of communication.

• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account teams to develop strong creative concepts that feel current, clever, and tuned to Millennial & Gen Z sensibilities.

• Contribute to content ideation and social media direction, helping shape how brands participate in trends, moments, and conversations online.

• Work in a fast-paced environment, delivering smart, scroll-stopping copy that aligns with campaign goals, trending moments, and real-time opportunities.

• Support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring clarity, creativity, and consistency across all deliverables.

• Stay updated with internet culture, pop culture, memes, trends, and platform-specific behaviours to create content that feels timely and culturally plugged in.

• Contribute ideas for content formats, campaign directions, and social storytelling that help brands stand out on digital platforms.

• Produce work that meets high creative standards and stands out in a competitive digital landscape, helping brands build recall, personality, and engagement.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Creative Copywriter working on digital-first brands, campaigns, or content-driven projects.

• Strong command over English copywriting, with the ability to write sharp, witty, engaging, platform-specific content.

• Proven ability to write high-impact push notifications and short-form mobile copy that capture attention within very limited character space.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital storytelling, and how content performs across channels.

• Deep understanding of internet culture, pop culture, memes, Gen Z & Millennial communication styles, and evolving social behaviour.

• Ability to adapt tone and personality across multiple brands while maintaining creativity, consistency, and clarity.

• Strong grasp of content flow, storytelling, hooks, attention mechanics, and copy that drives engagement.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality output across multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with AI tools for writing and research.

• Excellent collaboration skills while working with designers, strategists, and account teams.

• Proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication (Hindi and/or Kannada is a plus but not mandatory).
