We’re expanding our CPU Core RTL Design team and are looking for experienced micro‑architecture / RTL engineers across multiple core domains to work on cutting‑edge, high‑performance processors.

This is hands‑on, high‑ownership work — not maintenance.

🔧 What you’ll work on

• Architect, design, and optimize CPU core micro‑architecture
• Own end‑to‑end RTL in one or more domains: Fetch | Decode | Rename | Execute | Vector | Load‑Store | Memory Management
• Collaborate closely with Architecture, DV, Physical Design, Post-Silicon, Power and Performance teams
• Drive performance, power, and area trade‑offs using real data
• Deliver production‑ready, high‑quality RTL that goes into silicon
  
  
  

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Strong fundamentals in CPU micro‑architecture and RTL design
• Deep expertise in one or more pipeline stages (Front‑end or Back‑end)
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog
• Experience with debugging, optimization, and performance analysis
• 5–12 years of CPU experience (senior engineers very welcome)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  
  
  

OR

Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
