Collaborates and acts as a team player with crossfunctional teams executives and stakeholders fostering a positive and productive environment for successful software development initiatives

As leaders of one or more squads, they oversee the development of features that span multiple squads or larger pieces of functionality. They are responsible for coordinating the squads tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring the quality of the squads output.
