Your responsibilities

18+ years experience, including 6+ years in extended leadership roles as a Manager of Managers. Strategic initiatives and operational excellence within global IT GCCs, particularly in international and business-facing roles. Manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong Technology leadership with primary expertise in managing ACC(Command Center)& broad knowledge in Cloud, Infrastructure, & IT Services.
• Running 24/7 monitoring, communication and operational services for GDS (Global Digital Services)worldwide.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology (B.Tech / B.E) is a must.
• Ability to operate with a broad perspective, beyond deep technical specialization.
