Key Responsibilities

• Writing & Content Development
  
  

Research, write, edit, and refine content across formats, including social media, website copy, thought leadership, campaign messaging, presentations, blogs, video scripts, emailers, and executive communicationTranslate complex business and technology topics into clear, engaging, and structured narrativesSupport messaging, storytelling, and campaign ideation across client accountsUnderstand client industries, competitors, market trends, and business context to improve relevance and depth of content

• Content Quality & Delivery
  
  

Ensure all content is accurate, well-written, insight-led, and aligned to client expectationsAdhere to delivery timelines and turnaround expectations across multiple projectsMinimize errors, rework, and inconsistencies through strong attention to detailMaintain high editorial standards with zero tolerance for plagiarism, factual inaccuracies, or careless mistakes

• Collaboration & Responsiveness
  
  

Work closely with account managers, designers, strategists, and content leads across projectsParticipate actively in brainstorming sessions, reviews, and feedback discussionsBe responsive, proactive, and collaborative in fast-moving project environmentsSupport teams during high-priority or time-sensitive delivery situations when required

• Research, AI & Continuous Learning
  
  

Use research, AI tools, and modern content workflows responsibly to improve speed, depth, and efficiencyStay updated on business, technology, digital, AI, and marketing trends relevant to client industriesContinuously improve writing quality, storytelling ability, and strategic thinking

Desired Skills & Experience

3–6 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, editorial, orcommunication roles within an agency, media, startup, or marketingenvironmentStrong writing and editing skills across both short-form and long-form formatsAbility to understand and simplify complex business or technology topicsStrong attention to detail and structured thinkingCuriosity about brands, business, marketing, technology, and storytellingComfortable working across multiple accounts and deadlinesAbility to take feedback positively and improve quickly

Must-Haves

Strong portfolio of writing samples across different formatsExcellent command of written EnglishAbility to think contextually and strategically — not just grammaticallyComfort working in a collaborative agency environmentHigh ownership mindset and willingness to learn
