Content Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic content writer to join our Growth Marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create compelling content that drives engagement and supports our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in long-form content creation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop Structured Written Content: Create professional, structured documents that align with internal content guidelines. These may include:
Create compelling case studies, long-form whitepapers, and client-facing communication, including updates, proposals, and onboarding documentation.
2. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, analytics, marketing, or domain experts) to understand complex topics. 
3. Edit, Proofread, and Review Content: Ensure every piece of content is polished and meets quality standards by:

• Editing for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax
• Improving flow, clarity, and sentence structure without altering meaning
• Formatting documents to match brand or template guidelines

4. Follow Content Processes and Best Practices: Follow internal writing and versioning protocols.
5. Manage Deadlines and Track Assignments: Maintain discipline in managing:

• Multiple writing assignments simultaneously
• Timelines for first drafts, reviews, and final versions
• Regular communication with project coordinators or managers to update progress

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.
• Years of experience 3 to 5 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
• Ability to grasp new topics quickly and convey them clearly.
• Comfortable working with briefs, outlines, and feedback loops.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
