About Finshots:

Finshots is one of India’s most loved financial newsletters and content platforms. Across newsletters, social media, podcasts, and on-ground college programs, our goal is to make people meaningfully smarter about money, markets, and business — without jargon, fluff, or oversimplification.

We’re looking for a Content & Growth Manager to lead Finshots’ brand-building and distribution initiatives across platforms. This role is focused on driving execution across multiple content and growth efforts by working closely with writers, designers, and marketing executives.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring Finshots’ content reaches the right audiences, scales thoughtfully, and stays consistent with the brand’s editorial tone and intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute Finshots’ content-led growth initiatives across social media (X, LinkedIn, Instagram), podcasts, college engagement programs & more.
• Manage and coordinate writers, designers, and marketing executives to drive timely, high-quality execution across initiatives.
• Translate Finshots’ newsletter content into scalable growth initiatives across social and other distribution channels.
• Lead social media planning and execution, ensuring content aligns with Finshots’ voice and informational depth.
• Oversee the execution of Finshots’ podcast in coordination with internal teams handling production and operations.
• Work closely with the marketing executives to build and scale Finshots’ college engagement programs, from planning to on-ground execution.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and founders on key campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Track and report performance across Finshots’ growth initiatives through regular MIS, including reach, engagement, and program-level outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content, media, growth, or marketing roles, preferably in media, journalism, newsletters, fintech, or content-led startups.
• Prior experience managing or closely coordinating with writers, designers, or editorial teams.
• Hands-on content writing experience and a strong understanding of what makes high-quality financial or business content work.
• Strong project management and coordination skills across multiple parallel initiatives.

Our Interview Process :

We would like to help you minimize your time and effort. There are 4 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 1-2 week time.
