Your Role

• Install, configure, and maintain Codebeamer environments, including upgrades and patches.
• Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and trackers to ensure secure and efficient operations.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures for optimization.
• Design and maintain High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architecture.
  
  

Your Profile

• Integrate Codebeamer with external systems (e.g., IBM DOORS, Jira) and automate routine tasks.
• Provide Tier‑3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with vendors for technical support, enhancements, and deployment activities.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and compliance processes
